Once upon a time in the small town far away from hustle bustle of the megapolitan city, there lived a boy that his name had never been remembered, merely came across to be pronounced. Even the loneliest corner of the quietest place was incomparable to what lies beneath his chest. Some said that he was once had the sparking eyes staring only and for a beautiful princess that famously known for being nice to everyone, he did nothing but being near around the princess. Until one day the princess finally met the prince, they looked perfect and meant to be together forever.

“The prince looked so different compared to me” said the boy in front of the mirror.

He soon realized that all of those smiles and laughter that the princess had was always the same, but the way she smiled and laughed whenever she was with the prince was somewhat different. The boy was okay by being there ready to offered a hand when the princess in needs, until he came to new conclusion, he wanted to be seen the same way the princess looked at the prince. He felt the pain he was not familiar with, suddenly growing and getting more painful each day, it came from the heart. Then, one night, the boy took the knives, the sharpest one he had in kitchen. The boy pointed it to the chest, slowly stabbed the area where he felt that unwanted pain, ribbed it off till a palm size hole was visible, he reached in then took it out.

“I finally don’t feel the pain. I don’t feel anything” the boy squeezed his own heart.

Since that moment on, the boy was unable to showed emotion. Yes, he was successfully to get rid of the pain that tortured him. But lost the ability to basically felt anything. He did not know how to fell in love again. The boy turned to be a human without soul, a shell filled by emptiness.
