my top 5 motivational songs

Music has always been my friend in life, other than stories in movies and books. I like to listen as well as to sing, fortunately I don’t seem to have as good voice as I though I have. But, that never let me down and burry my dream to sing, I actually have been passionately singing since a really long time ago, in different stages of life.

In elementary school I sang Lets Dance Together by BBB in front of the class (I do not know how I did what I did, and this has always been the topic whenever I met my elementary school friends) like for real, every words in every lyrics. When I was not familiar yet with english at all.

I sang You Raise Me Up by Josh Groban when I was in middle school. And then, I sang A thousand years by Christina Perry in high school. Finally I sang All of Me by John Legend in university.

I listen to many types of songs just like I watch to many types of movies. But, if I am being asked somehow to make it into as least as five only, these five songs that will likely pop up in my head. And of course, every each one of them has a tiny little story I am always entitled and remember to. I will also inserted the link into the titles, you may click it to let your ears to enjoy it.

This song is the song that I listen to most often when I was in last year of high school. I wanted to leave my home and my town for college. And I did go out there, but coming back the next six months, guess I was just not ready at that time. The classes and exams are okay, I got pretty good grades, I made pretty lot of friends. But, I always feel like it was just not right somehow. Also, I felt bad for my mom for the pricy tuition.

I Believe I can Fly by R Kelly

Ah, I just remember. Other than A Thousand years, I also perform this song in classroom. It seems like I was kinda such an on fire kid that always thirsty with songs back in high school, ehe. Yes, I would like to have wings and fly away even I know the lyric is not literally but figuratively.  

When You Believe by Whitney Houston ft Mariah Carey

Believe was my favorite word. I belive in magic and positive words from motivator on television and the possibility of having a shining shimmering splendid future ahead, that ends when I graduate high school. Everything changed ever since. I was a beliver when so many other kids were belieber.

You Raise Me Up by Josh Groban

I performed the song with mic and loud speaker machine and karaoke audio. I was, I don’t know, that is just so crazy, how could I have such confidence? I have no idea. Dear, the past me, can you give me some parts of your brave heart? The current me is so lack of positivity now. This writing really brings back memories, my goodness.

Hero by Mariah Carey

I forgot when exactly I listened to this song, but the song gave me the spirit of “I am the hero I am looking for” kind of vibes. It was beautiful. The song and the singer, Mariah is not young anymore, the song forever stay the same.

I still listen to these songs and never get bored. You know what? I am literally listening to them while writing this very blog post you are reading.
